These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and AI property video services provided by Vista Studio Pte. Ltd. (“Vista”, “we”, “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Your content & responsibilities
You retain ownership of the photos, listing details, and other materials you upload (“Your Content”). You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the rights to use and upload Your Content, including all property photography.
- Your Content and resulting videos comply with the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA) guidelines and all applicable advertising laws.
- Your Content is accurate and not misleading, fraudulent, or infringing on the rights of others.
License to operate the Service
You grant Vista a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and modify Your Content solely to generate and deliver your videos and operate the Service. We claim no ownership over Your Content.
Generated videos
Subject to your payment of applicable fees, you own the videos you generate and may use them for your real estate marketing. You are responsible for ensuring each video is accurate and compliant before publishing it on any platform.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload unlawful, infringing, or misleading content.
- Misrepresent a property, its price, or its features.
- Reverse engineer, resell, or abuse the Service.
- Use the Service to violate any law or third-party rights.
Subscriptions & payment
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis in Singapore Dollars and renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time, with access continuing until the end of the current billing period.
Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vista is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
