You can delete your AI Real Estate account at any time. This page explains how to request deletion and what happens to your data.
How to delete your account in the app
On your iPhone:
- Open the AI Real Estate app and sign in.
- Go to the account menu.
- Choose Delete Account and confirm.
Account deletion starts immediately after you confirm. You will lose access to the account once deletion is complete.
What is deleted
When you delete your account, we remove:
- Your account record and authentication identifiers
- Uploaded property photos
- Text prompts or directions you entered
- Generated walkthrough history and stored generated files
- In-app credit balances associated with the account
Deletion is subject to any legal, security, or transaction record retention requirements. Purchase records processed by Apple through In-App Purchase are managed by Apple and are not stored as full payment card details by us.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email us from the address linked to your account and ask us to delete it. Include the email address you used to sign in so we can locate your account.
