AI Processing
AI Real Estate uses third-party AI video generation services to create property walkthrough videos. When you choose to generate a video, the property photos you select and the written direction or prompt you provide are sent to BytePlus/Volcengine Ark for processing.
The AI provider uses this submitted content to generate the requested walkthrough video. We do not intentionally send account passwords, payment information, or unrelated personal information to the AI provider.
Please do not upload photos or prompts containing private documents, faces, contact details, financial information, or other sensitive personal data.
Data We Collect
We may collect:
- Account information, such as email address and authentication identifiers
- Property photos uploaded by you
- Text prompts or directions entered by you
- Generated walkthrough videos
- Purchase and credit information
- Basic app usage and diagnostic information
How We Use Data
We use your data to:
- Authenticate your account
- Generate AI property walkthrough videos
- Store and display your generated video history
- Process video credits and in-app purchases
- Provide app functionality, support, security, and troubleshooting
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Firebase Authentication for account login
- Firebase Firestore and Cloud Storage for storing user data, uploaded photos, generated videos, and credit records
- Firebase Cloud Functions for backend processing
- BytePlus/Volcengine Ark for AI video generation
- Apple In-App Purchase for payment processing
- Google Sign-In, if you choose to sign in with Google
- Sign in with Apple, if you choose to sign in with Apple
Sharing With AI Providers
When you generate a walkthrough, your selected property photos and text direction are shared with BytePlus/Volcengine Ark only for the purpose of generating the requested video.
Payments
Payments are processed by Apple through In-App Purchase. We do not collect or store your full payment card details.
Account Deletion
You can delete your account in the app from the account menu. Deleting your account removes your account record, generated walkthrough history, and stored generated files from our systems, subject to any legal, security, or transaction record retention requirements.
